Soulful Shores Festival – Session Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining us at Soulful Shores Festival! Our sessions are designed to help you explore, connect, and try something new. Please read the following terms carefully before booking.

Attendance & Fees

All festival sessions are free to attend (unless otherwise stated, however due to high demand and limited spots:

Cancellations within 12 hours of your session will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
No-shows (not attending without notifying us beforehand) will incur a $15 fee.
There is no leeway on these fees. We put a great deal of time, energy, and love into this festival, and these policies ensure respect for our facilitators and other participants who may be waiting for a space.

Health & Safety

By booking, you acknowledge you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that could affect your participation and complete the Health & Liability Waiver sent to your email prior to your first session. Without a signed waiver, you cannot participate.
If you are pregnant, under medical care, or have a health condition, please consult your healthcare provider and notify your facilitator before joining. Our facilitators are not medical professionals and their sessions are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Personal Responsibility

Please listen to your body and only take part to the level you feel comfortable. You agree to follow all facilitator instructions and safety guidance. Soulful Shores Festival, its facilitators, and affiliates accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

Respect & Conduct

We ask all participants to treat the space, facilitators, and one another with kindness and respect. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the session and possible exclusion from future events.

Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being included in festival photos or videos that may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your facilitator before the session begins.

By booking and attending any Soulful Shores session, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
