*who is megan lyons?

you know how passionate we (grace & joe) are about the breath; and megan is our dear friend who has travelled all the way from ireland! she is a fellow breathwork faciliator is trained in a multitude of breathwork schools and will bring a slightly different method to the event for you to all try under the support of the three of us!

her oxygen advantage work focuses on teaching people how to improve their functional breathing on a day to day basis, as well as utilising the breath for improved sports performance. she has completed a breathwork and ice bath training in bali and is currently undertaking a 7 month training with BreathGuru focusing on Conscious Connected Breathwork. this healing modality is an active mediation that allows participants to enter altered states of consciousness where anything that is out of harmony can be restored to optimum factory settings. our body remembers everything that our mind has forgotten and we can release what is lying in our subconscious without us needing to intellectualise it.

by participating in affinity of souls events you agree that you are in good general health.

the following contraindications may require medical clearance from your healthcare practitioner:

• expecting to be or currently pregnant
• cardiovascular disease (heart attack, hypertension, pacemaker, arrhythmia)
• diabetes
• osteoprosis
• epilepsy, history of seizures
• respiratory conditions (asthma, lung disease, COPD, emphysema)
• psychological (depression, anxiety, panic attacks)
• raynauds syndrome
• recent surgery
• neurological (stroke, brain/head injury, migraines, aneurysm)
• glaucoma/detached retina
• high or abnormal blood pressure

having any of the contraindications does not prevent you from participating in affinity of souls event, but getting clearance from your medical practitioner is advised.

all paticipants must fill in and sign the waiver form here before attending the session this includes parents/guardians of children.
