celebrate the season of renewal at spring sanctuary, a soul-nourishing mini wellness festival held across one transformational weekend at the neighbourhood sauna in hillarys. set by the ocean, this intimate mini festival invites you into a range of sessions in gentle rhythm of movement, stillness, connection and nature. across multiple sessions throughout the weekend, you’ll experience a blend of healing modalities, sauna and the ritual of matcha, each guided by passionate facilitators. all sessions are small in size to allow for depth, personal attention and true connection.
