both the chalets and farmhouse availble. the chalets have hot tubs/jacuzzi (use for everyone no matter where you sleep), fire places and lake views, whilst the farmhouse boasts a stunning cottage gardens, views over the flood plains down to the river, an abundance of birdlife and utter tranquility. the entire 100 acres is at your disposal to explore!!

Terms and Conditions

Facilitator & Participant Relationship: Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga acts solely as the facilitator of the retreat. By participating, the attendee acknowledges  being a participant and agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of $350AUD is required upon booking to secure a place in the retreat. The final payment is due no later than 10th January 2025 and must be paid in full to confirm participation. Should you wish to cancel any later than 10 weeks prior full payment is due.

Waiver and Full Terms Acceptance: By registering, the participant acknowledges and agrees to read the waiver and full terms and conditions provided by Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga for the retreat. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the retreat without refund.

Insurance: Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga holds no liability for any incidents or accidents during the retreat.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made after 10 weeks prior will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment. Refunds or credits are not provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

Health and Safety: Participants must disclose any health conditions or physical limitations that may affect their participation in yoga sessions or other activities.  It is the participant's responsibility to engage in activities within their physical capabilities and to seek medical advice if necessary.

Liability Waiver: While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe environment, Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga, its organisers, instructors, and affiliates  shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat.

Changes to Itinerary: Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, activities, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances  or events beyond our control. Any alterations will be communicated to participants as promptly as possible.

Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow attendees, staff, and the local community in Pemberton. Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga reserves the right to expel any participant displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Photography and Media Release: By participating, attendees grant permission to Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga to use photographs, videos, or testimonials for promotional purposes unless specified otherwise in writing. There will be a videographer and photographer present for the entire retreat, taking videos and photographs of everyone and the surroundings for the entre time.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia

Swimming Ability and Water Safety: Participants are required to inform the organisers of their swimming ability before engaging in any water-based activities during the retreat. It is the participant's responsibility to take necessary precautions and ensure their safety in the water. Participants should request life jackets or any necessary flotation devices from the organisers if needed during water activities.

Health Responsibility and Travel Insurance: Participants acknowledge and agree that maintaining their health and well-being during the retreat is their sole responsibility.  Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga strongly recommends that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for health-related issues, trip cancellation, and any unforeseen circumstances. Medical care in remote or secluded areas of WA can be limited and costly.

Secluded Area in WA: The retreat will take place in a secluded area of WA, where access to immediate medical facilities may be limited. Participants must  take adequate precautions and assume responsibility for their own health and safety during the retreat. Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga, its organisers, instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any delays, limitations, or costs associated  with seeking medical assistance in such areas.

Shared Accommodation: Participants acknowledge and understand that accommodations during the retreat will be shared with other participants and facilitators.  These shared spaces may include bedrooms, common areas, and facilities. Participants may be sharing these spaces with individuals of different genders, including other retreat attendees and facilitators.

Health Responsibility and Medication: Participants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for bringing an adequate supply of any necessary medications  or medical supplies required during the retreat. Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga does not provide or supply any medications or medical assistance. Participants must ensure they have a sufficient amount of any required medication for the duration of the  retreat.

Allergies Notification: Participants must inform the facilitators in advance of any food allergies or other allergies they possess that could affect their health during the retreat. While Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies, participants acknowledge that it is their responsibility to communicate such information to the facilitators before the retreat commences.

Environmental Responsibility: Participants are encouraged to maintain environmental consciousness and help preserve the natural surroundings of Pemberton It is expected  that participants will dispose of waste responsibly and minimise their ecological footprint during the retreat.

Communication: Participants understand that communication regarding retreat-related information, updates, and changes will primarily be conducted via email or  through the official communication channels provided by Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga. It is the participant's responsibility to regularly check these channels for updates and information.

Lost or Stolen Items: Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga is not liable for any lost or stolen personal belongings during the retreat. Participants are advised  to keep their valuables secure at all times.

Alcohol and Substance Use: The consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances that may impair judgment or behavior is discouraged during the retreat. Affinity  of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga reserves the right to address any participant displaying disruptive behavior due to the influence of such substances.

Additional Activities: Any additional activities, excursions, or services not explicitly included in the retreat package are at the participant's own expense.  Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga is not liable for any issues arising from activities or services arranged independently by participants.

Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or unforeseen emergencies, Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds will be handled according to the discretion of Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga.

Photography and Recording: Participants must seek explicit permission before taking photographs, videos, or recordings of fellow attendees, instructors, or any  retreat-related activities. Respecting the privacy of others is paramount.

Personal Conduct During Sessions: Participants are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions and activities. Disruptive behavior during sessions that  may hinder the experience of others is not permitted.

Personal Data and Confidentiality: Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga will handle all personal data obtained during the registration process confidentially and  in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Participants' personal information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

Emergency Contact Information: Participants are required to provide emergency contact information before the retreat commences. This information will be kept confidential and used only in case of emergencies.

Feedback and Complaints: Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga welcomes feedback from participants. Any complaints or concerns should be communicated promptly to the retreat organizers to allow for timely resolution.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace, its organisers, instructors, and affiliates from any claims,  damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the retreat, except where such claims arise due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Affinity of Souls/Essence of Grace Yoga regarding the retreat  and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
