the breath coach x affinity of souls running club a collaboration between the breath coach and affinity of souls, created to bring people together through movement, breath, recovery, and genuine connection. the breath coach running club is a sunday morning ritual for everyday people who want to move their body, meet like-minded people, and start their week feeling grounded and energised. no running experience needed. no pressure. no ego. just movement, breath, and community. we meet along the stunning hillarys coastline for a relaxed, social run or walk. throughout the experience, you’ll be gently guided with simple breath cues to help you become more aware of your breathing, find your rhythm, and feel more comfortable while moving. this isn’t a running workshop or a high-performance training session, it’s an opportunity to experience movement in a more connected way, surrounded by a welcoming community. after the run, we head to the neighbourhood sauna at hillarys boat harbour to slow down, recover, and connect. enjoy the warmth of the sauna, meaningful conversations, and the space to reset before heading into your sunday. tea and electrolytes will be provided to help you rehydrate, recover, and complete the experience. whether you’re new to running, returning to movement, or simply looking for a healthier way to spend your sunday mornings, this is a space where everyone is welcome. come for the movement and stay for the connection. breathe better, run easier and recover deeper.
