we’ll start with a free 15-minute online consultation, where I’ll walk you through how breathwork can support your performance and align with your current athletic goals.
2. the intro
your journey begins with the intro as your fight camp begins, our first one-on-one in person session together.
in this session we’ll explore your breathing patterns, nervous system, lifestyle, and what you’re currently experiencing. this allows us to understand what your body and mind need most right now. post consult I go and create phase one of your program.
3. trust the process
now that I have created the first phase of your program the journey to better better breathing and performance starts, I guide you through your tailored program over the duration of your fight camp, holding you accountable in person and online because thats how we grow.
